All the meat is served individually and packaged at the time of placing the order in the selected format. In this way we ensure the best expiration.
It is labeled with 25 days of expiration in 2º cold, we suggest not to take it until the end of the same since after 15 days begin to perceive nuances that do not interest.
We recommend freezing in cases that we know of no consumption before the first 15 days. In this way it will also allow a slower and non-aggressive defrosting. In these cases take the pieces from the freezer to the refrigerator 4 days in advance.
If any of the pieces had suffered a puncture in the bag, the guideline is to remove it from the plastic and consume it in 3 days. If not, freeze it by protecting it with aluminum or film.

Delivery and transport costs
We ship in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
The shipping costs are included in the price from € 100 except the Balearic Islands which will increase by € 38,9. Shipments of less than € 100 will be € 12 for the Peninsula and € 56,9 for the Balearic Islands.
Due to the difficulties derived from the health alert Our shipments suffer delays. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All transactions that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are made using a secure environment. IRUKI uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All the information transmitted to us travels encrypted through the network.
The http:// address of the website goes to https:// (the ‘s’ means insured). The information is encrypted and therefore protected before being sent over the Internet.
Also the data on the credit card are not registered in any database but go directly to the POS (Point of Sale of the Bank).
Payment with paypal

There are usually two causes for returning orders or products:
1. Right of revocation:
Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, confers on the Client the right to revoke the requested order within a period of seven working days from the reception, prior notice.
2. Refund for product defects, defects produced in the transport or error in the shipment:
If at the time of delivery it is clearly visible, without the need to handle the shipping packages or the product’s own packaging, that a product has defects caused by transport damage or it is seen, in the same way, an error in the received merchandise, the client must communicate it in the course of the 48 hours following the reception of the order.
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased at IRUKI, you can return them within a period of no more than 7 days, counted from the reception of the product, EXCEPT for perishable and fresh products that will be 48 hours, due to the very nature of the product acquired that does not allow it.
The returns must be sent along with the delivery note. And the refund of the amount will be made by credit.
Please note that according to the regulations of the carrier: The delivery note is the proof of the state of the goods. The consignee is obliged to indicate the delivery if the shipment is damaged and if the shipment is complete. Therefore, claims are not accepted if it is not included in the delivery notes and if the claim is made after 48 hours after delivery. We recommend that you do not sign a delivery note before receiving the goods, and if the delivery person says otherwise, we recommend not receiving or recording this fact on the delivery note.
It is important to record any anomaly of the product on the delivery note at the time of delivery. If it has not been possible to state the fact on the delivery note, contact us, by email or phone, the same day of delivery, or in any case, within 48 hours from delivery.
In case of replacement of a defective product, IRUKI undertakes to deliver another product in perfect condition to the customer. In the event that this change can not be made, the entire amount of any advanced amount will be paid to the client.
Regarding the returns of products, transport costs, both delivery and return that correspond, will be charged to the buyer as well as all bank charges generated on account of this transaction. Returns that do not come in their original packaging in perfect condition and with the product in perfect condition will not be accepted.
