Our farms, our farmers, our mountains, our pastures, our culture, our character … our breeds.
We select the best fattened cattle of our villages. We visit and visit these small farms in any corner of the Basque Country. It is the only way to guarantee and dispose of the best meat from our land.
Breeds? Our selection is in search of the best in terms of flavor and tenderness, the Pyrenean breed, of meat production and the two best in intramuscular thickening, the breeds Parda and Pinta (Friesian), of milk production.
